What ages are your soft play rentals designed for?
Our soft play setups are designed for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. They’re perfect for toddlers and early walkers who need a safe, enclosed space to crawl, climb, and explore.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Jacksonville, FL and proudly serve surrounding areas including St. Johns, Orange Park, Nocatee, Atlantic Beach, and St. Augustine.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rental time is 8 hours depending on your package. Full-day or extended rentals are available for an additional fee.
Are your rentals cleaned and sanitized?
Yes! All of our soft play equipment, bounce houses, and party props are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event to ensure a safe experience for your little ones.
Can I rent your bounce house by itself?
Absolutely. Our mini white bounce house (8x8) can be rented on its own or added to any package. It's perfect for toddlers and younger children at backyard parties or indoor venues.
Do you offer custom balloon garland colors?
Yes! We offer custom balloon garlands in any color palette to match your party theme. Premium colors (chrome, pastel, matte) and design upgrades are available upon request.
What is included with your backdrop and balloon garland rental?
Our backdrop packages typically include:
A custom backdrop (panel or arch wall)
An 8ft+ balloon garland (standard or premium colors)
Optional marquee numbers, name signage, or themed props
We also offer fully themed setups with kids tables, chairs, and favor walls.
Do I need power or water access?
Soft play and balloon setups do not require power.
Bounce houses require 1 standard power outlet.
Splash pads or water inflatables require access to both water hose and power.
